1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2004 No. 78 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of military and special charges" the following changes:

1.1. state the name in the following edition:

1.2. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
