1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2017 No. 12 "About rates for services of telecommunication and mail service public" the following changes:
1.1. in appendix 3 to this resolution of figure "0,62" and "0,05" to replace respectively with figures of "0,7" and "0,06";
1.2. in appendix 4 to this resolution:
in Item 1:
