About modification of some regulations (development of remote entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 9 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (1-1) following content:
"(1-1) Foreigners employed according to conditions of article 43-17 of the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010, in the period of compliance to these conditions are exempted from compulsory medical insurance.".
Art. II. - Part (6) article 19 of the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the following offer: "The foreigners employed according to conditions of article 43-17 of the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010, in the period of compliance to these conditions are exempted from compulsory insurance in the state system of social insurance.".
Art. III. - The law on investments into business activity No. 81/2004 (2004, Art. No. 64-66, 344), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 23-1 of the following content:
"Article 23-1. Interaction between the foreign investor and suppliers of public services
(1) the Government provides availability in English of the State register of public services, and also information, forms, instructions, statements and other documents necessary for provision of public services for investing and business activity.
(2) Information, forms, instructions, the statements and other documents in English placed in the State register of public services have the same legal force, as information, forms, instructions and other documents published in Romanian. In case of discrepancies between the text of information, forms, instructions and other documents in Romanian and the text of these documents in English, the text in Romanian has advantage.
