About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

Article 1.
Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
1) in Article 547:
a) regarding 3 words "in the regional and equated to them courts" shall be replaced with words "in courts of the second instance";
b) add Article with part 4 following of content:
"4. The court order accepted on the case of offense for which making penalty in the form of arrest is imposed can be appealed in appeal procedure in courts of the second instance and is subject to consideration by courts no later than 48 hours from the moment of submission of the petition for appeal.";
2) in Article 552:
a) to state the name of Article in the following edition: "Article 552. Consideration of the second instance by court in appeal procedure for the claim to the court order on the case of offense accepted on subordinated directly to court to offenses";
b) regarding 1 word "the regional or equated to it court" shall be replaced with words "court of the second instance";
c) regarding 2 words "the regional or equated to it court" shall be replaced with words "court of the second instance".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
