Based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and in pursuance of Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 19, 2023 No. 175 "About republican state public association "Belarusian republican society of rescue on waters" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Approve Rules of protection of life of people on waters (are applied).

2. In Item 8 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2011 No. 14 "About the list of the organization types receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations" word "of their diving rescue services" shall be replaced with words "diving rescue service of republican state public association "The Belarusian republican society of rescue on waters" and services of the workers providing functioning regional (Minsk city) the organizations of this consolidation".

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2004 No. 1473 "About approval of the Charter of republican state public association "Belarusian republican society of rescue on waters";

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2009 No. 1623 "About modification and amendments in the Charter of republican state public association "Belarusian republican society of rescue on waters" and approval of Rules of protection of life of people on waters of the Republic of Belarus";

subitem 2.49 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2011 No. 1049 "About questions of education";
