About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of forced execution, strengthening of their personnel structure and based on part five of article 120 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 "About enforcement proceeding" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 439-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 No. 530" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";

1.2. in the Regulations on bodies of forced execution of court decrees and other executive documents approved by this resolution:

in paragraph five of Item 10 of the word "The law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About public service in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 70, 2/953) "shall be replaced with words" the law of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2022 No. 175-Z "About public service";

1.3. in part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for use of the forced collection approved by this resolution:
