About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine
According to Item 2 of the Section VII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 90), for the purpose of ensuring reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation, I ORDER to No.:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 16, 2001 No. 291 "About approval of the Procedure for participation of representatives of the Pension fund and Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability in work of medico-social commissions of experts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2001 at No. 638/5829, the following changes:
Heading of the order to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the Procedure for participation of representatives of the Pension fund of Ukraine in work of medico-social commissions of experts";
To replace 2) in preamble of the order of the word "and Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability" with the word "Ukraine";
To replace 3) in Item 1 of the word "and Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability" with the word "Ukraine".
2. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 01, 2021 No. 1066 "Some questions of forming of medical certificates of temporary disability and conducting their check", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 02, 2021 at No. 728/36350, the following changes:
