About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" concerning use of property by national institutions of the higher education of the state pattern of ownership
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 4, of Art. 25 with the following changes) to add the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. The agreements signed before entry into force of this Law under which the institution of higher education of the state pattern of ownership with the status of national uses the immovable objects of cultural heritage which are in the state-owned or utility property keep the force and continue to act on conditions on which they were imprisoned".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
