About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning introduction of the administrative responsibility in the field of preparation and the admission of drivers to control of vehicles

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

1. Add with Articles 127-3 and 127-4 of the following content:

"Article 127-3. Violation of procedure for preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers

Violation by officials of institutions, their branches or other separate divisions, physical persons entrepreneurs of established procedure of preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers, namely:

implementation of preparation, retraining of transport drivers by person who does not have the existing document of the specialist in training of transport drivers;

the admission of persons who did not pass theoretical examination to practical training of drivers;

carrying out practical training of drivers with use of the vehicles equipped with violation of requirements of Traffic regulations, or person deprived of the right of control of vehicles -

attracts imposing of penalty from five hundred to eight hundred free minima income of citizens.

Article 127-4. Violation of procedure for the state accreditation of the organizations which are carrying out preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers, certifications of their specialists and procedure for acceptance of examinations for receipt of the right of control of vehicles, registrations and issues of the car driver license

Violation by officials of established procedure of carrying out the state accreditation of the organizations which are carrying out preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers, and also violation of established procedure of certification of their specialists -

attract imposing of penalty from five hundred to one thousand free minima of the income of citizens.
