About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning use of the customs declarations and electronic transit system provided by the Convention on the procedure of joint transit for implementation of transit on the terms of of this Code

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:

1. Part the second articles 13 after the word "apply" to add with words and figures "transit simplifications, stipulated in Article 91-1 of this Code, and".

2. 2 parts one of Article 19-2 to add Item with words "(including transit simplification)".

3. Third to state the paragraph to part three of Article 19-16 in the following edition:

"2) has no right to apply simplifications and/or to take the advantages applied based on the decision which was stopped".

4. Third to state the paragraph to part five of Article 19-17 in the following edition:

"2) has no right to apply simplifications and/or to take the advantages applied based on the decision which was cancelled".

5. In Article 31 part eight:

The second the words "electronic management system guarantees and their components" to exclude 1) in the paragraph, and to replace the word "entering" with the word "entering";
