About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of sanctions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

Article 122 to add 1) with part seven of the following content:

"7. Term for appeal to the court with the action for declaration about application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 1-1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions", is established by Article 283-1 of this Code";

Part one of Article 270 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Rules of parts two - the tenth article 120 of this Code do not extend to calculation of the terms established by Articles 273-277, 280-283 of this Code.

On calculation of terms, stipulated in Clause 283-1 of this Code, rules of parts two - the fifth, seventh - the tenth article 120 of this Code do not extend";

Part one of Article 271 to add 3) with the paragraph the second the following content:

"On cases, the reduced judgment can proclaim stipulated in Article 283-1 of this Code, court";

Article 283-1 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 283-1. Features of production on cases on application of sanctions

1. The action for declaration about application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 1-1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions", moves in the Supreme anti-corruption court during effective period of legal regime of warlike situation and shall contain:

1) name of court;

2) name, postal address, and also number of the means of communication of the claimant;
