RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About modification in "The rule of transportation of goods by road transport", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 17, 2009 No. 142

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 23, 2018 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic" and "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 22, 1998 No. 24 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic" of April 17, 2018 No. 1926, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 1016-VQD:

Make the following changes to "The rule of transportation of goods by road transport", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 17, 2009 No. 142 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 9, Article 746; 2014, No. 8, Article 1013; 2017, No. 5, Article 981, No. 9, Article 1752):

1. at the end of subitem 2.1.18 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with subitem 2.1.19 of the following content:

"2.1.19. the tachograph - the electromechanical or electronic device of control which is established on the vehicle for the purpose of continuous measurement or registration of all data on movement of the vehicle, including about the passable distance, movement speed, and also about the periods of work and rest of drivers.".

2. Add with subitem 42.1.14 of the following content:

"42.1.14. equip with the tachograph the vehicles which are carrying out international and internal (long-distance and interdistrict) cargo transportation.".

3. In the name of Chapter VII of the word "and customer" shall be replaced with words ", the customer and the driver".
