The list of such products affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Special ruble accounts like "З" and special currency accounts like "З" are opened by the credit institutions which are according to the Federal Law of December 10, 2003 No. 173-FZ "About currency control and currency exchange control" authorized banks based on statements of foreign buyers.
