3. In Article 3.2 of the word of "production and household waste" to replace with the word of "waste".
4. In the name and part one of Article 12-6, in part three of Article 13 of the word "production and household waste, and also" shall be replaced with words "waste, including".
5. Add with Chapter II-I of the following content:
"Chapter II-I. Vehicle scrappage
Article 14-1. General provisions on utilization of vehicles
Utilization collection is paid to fund of utilization of vehicles in case of customs clearance of the cars imported on customs area of the Azerbaijan Republic and after 4 (four) years from the date of production (except for the rare cars and cars which are temporarily imported in customs area), and also when carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles.
Payment by customs applicants of utilization collection for import of cars to customs area is provided by customs authorities.
