About introduction of amendments to article 73 of the Labor code of Ukraine

1. Bring in Article 73 of the Labor code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375) the following changes:
1) in part one:
third to exclude the paragraph;
to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:
"On July 15 - Day of the Ukrainian Statehood";
the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"On October 1 - Day of defenders and defenders of Ukraine";
add with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:
"On December 25 - Christmas";
2) in part two:
exclude paragraph two;
add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"On December 25 - Christmas".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
