About training of leading employees and specialists for appointment to positions of heads of agricultural organizations

Based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Determine that:
1.1. the training of leading employees and specialists for appointment to positions of heads of agricultural organizations (further - training) is performed within implementation of the educational program of training of leading employees and specialists (further - the educational program) at Institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of agro-industrial complex of organization of education "The Belarusian state agricultural technical university" with development of new methods, technologies and elements of professional activity in basic agricultural organizations according to appendix;
1.2. selection of the leading employees and specialists directed to training within implementation of the educational program is performed by employers with the subsequent direction of information on them in regional executive committees.
During the specified selection business and personal qualities of these leading employees and specialists, results of their professional activity and potential opportunities of implementation of farm management, experience and duration of length of service are considered.
Based on information specified in part one of this subitem, regional executive committees in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food create and kept lists of the leading employees and specialists who are subject to the direction on training.
The decision on the direction of faces included in the lists specified in part three of this subitem on training within implementation of the educational program is accepted by the employer;
