1.1. In Article 234.0.5 of the word of "industrial and household wastes" to replace with the word of "waste";

1.2. In Article 244.1 of the word "with production and household waste" to replace with the word "with waste";

1.3. Under Article 266:

1.3.1. in the name and Article 266.4 of the word "Production and Household Waste" to replace with the word "Waste";

1.3.2. Add with Articles 266.5 - 266.13 following of content:

"266.5. For violation by utilizer of the requirements established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste", connected with activities for utilization of vehicles or non-execution of the obligations established by other person specified by the Law performing activities for utilization of vehicles -

on officials the penalty is imposed on the amount three hundred manats, on legal entities - on the amount six hundred manats.

266.6. For not the message utilizer to the operator of utilization of vehicles of data on changes about it in the register of utilizers according to the procedure and the terms provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste" -

on officials the penalty is imposed on the amount three hundred manats, on legal entities - on the amount six hundred manats.

266.7. For repeated committing by person, received administrative punishment, within one year from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment of the offenses provided by Articles 266.5 and 266.6 of this Code -

on officials the penalty is imposed on the amount five hundred manats, on legal entities - on the amount of one thousand manats.

266.8. For not issue to person which gave the vehicle to utilization or not departure to the operator on utilization of vehicles of the copy of the act of the acceptance of the vehicle the utilizer or other person performing activities for utilization of the vehicle according to the procedure provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste" -

on officials the penalty is imposed on the amount five hundred manats, on legal entities - on the amount of one thousand manats.

266.9. For non-presentation by utilizer of the supporting document according to the procedure and in the terms provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste" -

on officials the penalty is imposed on the amount of three thousand manats, on legal entities - on the amount of five thousand manats.

266.10. For non-presentation by utilizer of timely written information on supporting documents to the operator of utilization of vehicles according to the procedure, provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste", -

on officials the penalty is imposed on the amount of seven hundred manats, on legal entities - on the amount one thousand five hundred manats.

266.11. For refusal of the seller of vehicles to apply discount to again issued domestic vehicle based on the supporting document about transfer of the vehicle on utilization -

the penalty is imposed on the amount of four thousand manats.

266.12. For not maintaining by the seller of vehicles of accounting of the supporting documents issued according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste", or non-presentation of timely written information on supporting documents to the operator of utilization of vehicles, -

the penalty is imposed on the amount of five hundred manats.

266.13. For non-presentation by utilizer to the operator of utilization of vehicles of written information on realization of the useful materials and objects received from the utilized vehicles to the subjects of entrepreneurship enabling conversion and the realization of spare parts, according to the procedure and the terms provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste" -

on officials the penalty is imposed on the amount of three hundred manats, on legal entities - on the amount of six hundred manats.

Note: In article 266 of this Code "utilizer" is understood as the person registered in the register of utilizers according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste" and performing activities for utilization of vehicles.";

1.4. In the name and disposition of Article 271 of the word of "Industrial and household wastes" to replace with the word of "Waste";

1.5. In Article 275.1.9 of the word of "production and household waste" to replace with the word of "waste".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
