1. in Article 43.1 after figures "438.3," to add with figures "440.3,".

2. In dispositions of Articles 421, of 435, of 463, of 472, Articles 473.2 and 473.3 of the word "the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" in the corresponding cases of noun.

7. In the name and disposition of Article 478 of the word "the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic".

8. Under Article 548:

8.1. in the name and Article 548.2 of the word "the structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic";
