1. Take into consideration information on monitoring of practical implementation of the Statement of heads of states - members of EurAsEC "About ten simple steps towards to simple people" it (is applied) and to suggest the Permanent commission of MPA on social policy to continue this work.
2. Send the specified information to national parliaments and the governments for use in work on implementation of the Statement of heads of states.

According to the Application "About ten simple steps towards to simple people", signed by heads of states - members of EurAsEC in April, 1998 and determining the main directions of development of integration in different spheres of Community, interstate, intergovernmental acts which purpose is creation of positive background for improvement of living conditions, closer rapprochement of the people of the states of Community are adopted.
For the purpose of realization of basic provisions of the international agreements accepted within the Statement the comprehensive analysis of the measures taken by state bodies of state members of EurAsEC is carried out.
1. The agreement between the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of February 26, 1999.
