About modification of the Procedure for consideration of the applications about recognition by the stateless person
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for the consideration of the applications about recognition by the stateless person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 24, 2021 No. 317 "Some questions of recognition by the stateless person" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 31, the Art. 1778), the following changes:
The second item 4 of the word "legal assistance in the center for provision of free secondary legal assistance or in territorial authority of justice according to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph" legal aid in the center for provision of free legal aid according to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid";
2) in Item 45 of the word "legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "legal assistance".
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 3022-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of access to free legal aid".
