1. This Procedure for reference of products (services, works) to self-produced products of the companies with foreign to investments (is referred to as - the Procedure), is developed according to article 19 of the Law "About Foreign Investments in the Republic of Tajikistan", and also need of enhancement of the procedure of determination of products (works, services) self-produced the companies with foreign investments and streamlinings of customs control.
2. Reference of products (works, services) to self-produced products makes sure the certificate of self-produced products, according to the Provision about the certificate of self-produced products approved by the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with Customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Products (works, to services) self-produced the companies with foreign investments are understood as products which are completely made at this company or are subjected to conversion with observance of the following, requirements:
a) availability in the cases established by the current legislation, special permission to implementation of the corresponding type of activity;
