About modification of the Regulations on territorial administrations of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine
According to Articles 14, 17 Laws of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine", Item 14 of the Regulations on Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 6, 2021 No. 1068, for the purpose of ensuring activities of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine ORDER:
1. Add Item 5 of the Regulations on territorial administrations of the Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the order of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine of January 21, 2022 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 2022 at No. 133/37469 (in edition of the order of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine of April 20, 2023 No. 119), the new subitem of the following content:
"17) is provided by self-representative office of territorial administration in courts through the head of territorial administration, and also without personal errand of the head of territorial administration through his deputies, employees of structural divisions of territorial administration according to regulations on such divisions".
2. Provide to legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
