About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the ensuring protection of the property right and other corporeal rights to real estate belonging to children and wards to persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) part the second article 177 of the Family code of Ukraine (2002, 135) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 21-22, in the following edition:

"2. Parents (adoptive parents) or the guardian of the juvenile child have no right without the permission of guardianship and custody body:

1) to refuse the rights to property of the juvenile child, including the corporeal rights to real estate which are subject to state registration;

2) to issue commitment letters on behalf of the juvenile child;

3) to make transactions on:

object of the residential real estate and/or the parcel of land on which such object is placed the owner or the user of which is the juvenile child;

alienation (including by exchange or introduction (transfer) to the authorized (constituted) capital (share fund) of the legal entity or as admission, membership and/or target fee of the member of cooperative), separations, allocations of real estate, object of construction in progress, future real estate object, other valuable property, in particular vehicles which owner is the juvenile child";

2) part one of Article 71 of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, 356) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 40-44, in the following edition:

"1. The guardian has no right without the permission of guardianship and custody body:

1) to refuse the rights to property of the ward, including the corporeal rights to real estate which are subject to state registration;

2) to issue commitment letters on behalf of the ward;

3) to make transactions on:
