About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the international emergency relief"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the international emergency relief" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 507) the following changes:

"Article 13. Group of Assistance on rendering the international emergency relief on the principle of "one window"

For the purpose of improvement of coordination and assistance to rendering the international emergency relief, and also acceleration of process of the omission through border of the arriving international personnel, goods, objects of supply and the equipment with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers the group of Assistance on rendering the international emergency relief on the principle of "one window" (SOMChPOO) is established.

2. The structure, functions, powers and procedure for activities of the SOMChPOO group are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.";

Part 3 of Article 29 to state 3) in the following edition:

"3. The procedure for use of the international cash donations, and also other emergency relief to state bodies and local government bodies is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
