About modification of Rules of centralized management of communication network public
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Item 5 of the Rules of centralized management of communication network public approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 12, 2020 No. 127 "About approval of Rules of centralized management of communication network public" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 8, Art. 1002; 2021, No. 52, of the Art. 9177) to add with the subitem "zh" of the following content:
"g) threats of provision of information access or to information resources in Internet networks by means of which the possibility of receipt of communication services and (or) their order, use of communication services in violation of the law of the Russian Federation, and also transfer by the organizer of service of instant messaging of electronic messages of users of such service of instant messaging without their identification is created.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
