About modification of Rules of inclusion in trade name of the legal entity of the official name "Russian Federation" or "Russia", and also the words derivative of this name, and recognition No. 2219 which voided separate provision of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2022

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of inclusion in trade name of the legal entity of the official name "Russian Federation" or "Russia", and also the words derivative of this name approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 3, 2010 No. 52 "About approval of Rules of inclusion in trade name of the legal entity of the official name "Russian Federation" or "Russia", and also the words derivative of this name" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 6, Art. 660; 2016, No. 4, Art. 532; 2017, No. 40, Art. 5862; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8925).

2. Declare invalid the Item "in" of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2022 No. 2219 "About modification of Item 3 of Rules of inclusion in trade name of the legal entity of the official name "Russian Federation" or "Russia", and also the words derivative of this name" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 50, the Art. 8925).
