1. Determine that submission by citizens of the Russian Federation of the data containing in identity documents of the citizen of the Russian Federation, or other documents issued to citizens of the Russian Federation by state bodies of the Russian Federation (further - data), electronically with use of mobile application of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - mobile application) is equated in the cases determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, to presentation of the specified documents.
2. Submission of data with use of mobile application is performed voluntarily.
3. The ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation based on information provided by legal entities in this Ministry in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation keeps the register containing data on legal entities and types of their activities for which implementation the data provided with use of mobile application are used.
4. Legal entities have the right to perform obtaining and (or) verification of the data provided with use of mobile application from the moment of entering of the relevant data into the register, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the Decree.
5. For the purpose of implementation of this Decree in mobile application the cryptography (cryptographic) tools provided by part 1 of article 19 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2022 No. 572-FZ "About implementation of identification and (or) authentication of physical persons with use of biometric personal data, about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provisions of legal acts of the Russian Federation shall be applied".
