Bring in the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2016, No. 5, the Art. 398) the following changes:
Item 11 of Article 47 to state 1) in the following edition:
"11) the rent from leasing of the property which is in state-owned property, except for the rent received from leasing of the property located in the territory of SEZ, leasing of state-owned property of the state higher educational institutions having special status;";
Item 3 of part 8 of Article 105 to add 2) with the subitem of the following content:
"income from educational, scientific and industrial practice activities;".
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes:
Article 43 in paragraph four the word "production" shall be replaced with words 1) "industrial practice";
2) in Article 44:
a) in word part eleven "average professional and the highest" to exclude;
b) in word part fifteen "average professional and the highest" to exclude.
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
