About additional measures for transition to international accounting standards

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 15.09.2025 No. PP-282

2. Enter procedure according to which the subjects of entrepreneurship constituting on voluntary basis the financial reporting according to IFRS are exempted from accounts presentation according to national accounting standards.

3. Determine the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan authorized body by implementation of IFRS with assignment of the following functions on it:

monitoring of implementation of IFRS together with the State Tax Committee, Agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the timely publication subjects of entrepreneurship of the financial reporting on the basis of IFRS;

expansion of interaction with the international organizations in the field of financial accounting (International association of jury certified public accountants (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants - ASSA) and others) on distribution of successful world practice of the training of specialists in the field of IFRS including step-by-step international accreditation of the non-state educational organizations for retraining and advanced training in the field of financial accounting and audit (further - accredited training centers) and training programs of profile highest educational institutions;
