According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations", the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of acts of civil status", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 "About modification of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 61" I ORDER to No. 631:

1. Bring in Chapter 4 of the Section VI of Rules of work of the archive organizations of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 8, 2013 No. 656/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2013 at No. 584/23116, the following changes:

to state paragraph two of subitem 4.2.1 of Item 4.2 in the following edition:

"state registration of acts of civil status;";

in Item 4.6:

words and figures "Ukraine approved by the order of the State committee of archives, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of June 11, 2001 No. 116/53, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 25, 2001 at No. 547/5738 (with changes)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of September 21, 2015 No. 1786/5/272, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 21, 2015 at No. 1117/27562";
