About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In Item b) article 96 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to state paragraph two in the following edition:

"8 percent - on the goods registered in the State register of medicines and/or permitted for import by the Agency on drugs and medical products, on not denatured ethyl alcohol of goods items 220710000 and 220890910, intended for production of pharmaceutical products and use in medicine, within amount of the annual quota established by the Government, imported and/or delivered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, and also on the drugs made in drugstores according to the main recipes, containing the approved ingredients (medicinal substances);".

Art. II. - Item z-1) of article 28 of the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes to state in the following edition:

"z-1) the goods registered in the State register of medicines and/or permitted for import by the Agency on drugs and medical products the medicinal raw materials, materials, products, primary and secondary package used for preparation and production of drugs, permitted by the Agency on drugs and medical products, except for ethyl alcohol of cosmetics agrees to the list approved by the Government;".

Art. III. - Item 11) Article 277-25 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (2021, 238), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 219-225, in the following edition:
