For the purpose of realization of the tasks determined in the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 8, 2019 No. PP-4484 "About measures for increase in efficiency of activities of the commodity and raw exchanges and further enhancement of mechanisms of stock exchange trading", increases in level of transparency of the exchange and electronic biddings organized by the commodity and raw exchanges and also non-admissions of possibility of intervention in process of the electronic biddings and misstatement of their results the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

2. Approve the Actions plan on enhancement of mechanisms of stock exchange trading and the main directions of increase in efficiency of activities of JSC UZRTSB according to appendix No. 1*:

implementation of the innovative IT technologies providing transparency of the held auction and also which is not allowing possibility of intervention in the organization and carrying out the electronic biddings on all exchange platforms and misstatements of their results;

the organization of the effective and comprehensive analysis of environment of the goods markets, including the factors having significant effect on environment of the goods markets for the purpose of forecasting of the prices, demand and offers;

enhancement of forms of carrying out the exchange biddings and implementation of new instruments of trade, including the accelerated development of electronic commerce;

implementation of the modern and effective financial and HR-menedzhmentny methods meeting the requirements of the international standards.

4. Approve Regulations on procedure for realization of highly liquid and exclusive products at the exchange biddings according to appendix No. 2 *, providing the following main mechanisms:
