About the Instruction about single procedure for conducting examination, approval, financing and control of projects on creation and development of objects of informatization in the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve the Instruction about single procedure for conducting examination, approval, financing and control of projects on creation and development of objects of informatization in the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to create the Interdepartmental commission on creation and development of objects of informatization and to approve its Provision.
3. To the ministries and departments, local authorities of the government, state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for implementation of the specified Instruction and annually, since 2007, on the content to provide necessary means for implementation of actions on creation and development of the objects of informatization approved by the Interdepartmental commission under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan in expense budget.
