Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Item 13 of the list of the self-sustaining infrastructure projects realized by legal entities in whose financial assets resources of the national welfare fund and (or) the pension accruals which are in trust management of the state-owned managing company on returnable basis, the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of November 5, 2013 No. 2044-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 45, of Art. 5880 are placed; 2022, No. 6, the Art. 908), the words "the state corporation-Fund of assistance to housing and communal services reforming" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" in the corresponding case.

2. At the disposal of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 23, 2019 No. 510-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 13, Art. 1453; No. 45, Art. 6403; 2021, No. 2, Art. 500):
