1. Determine that the employees of the companies, organizations and the organizations who are carrying out transactions on purchase, sale, exchange, transportation, delivery, transfer, storage, sorting and packaging of precious metals and gemstones in all types, products from them and also foreign currency, payment documents and share values in foreign currency, guilty of plunder or shortage of these values bear, irrespective of attraction them to the criminal, disciplinary or administrative responsibility, financial responsibility in the following sizes:

raw materials - in tenfold extent of book value; the facetted gemstones - proceeding from standard rates of retail estimates of gemstones.

c) on jewelry and household products:

products from precious metals and gemstones - in twofold size from free contract price on these products;

products from precious metals and gemstones on which the prices - in the sizes established under the Items "and" and "b" for the corresponding precious metals and gemstones are established.

d) on diamond tools and diamond powders:

diamond tools - in 1.5 multiple extent of wholesale selling price on these tools;

e) on museum pieces:
