The passport of anti-terrorist security of object is constituted in duplicate with simultaneous development of electronic option, according to the standard passport of anti-terrorist security of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, to No. 481 approved by the joint order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2023 and the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2023 No. 51/ke (it is registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32950) and according to requirements to the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2021 No. 305.";

2. To provide to department of development and oil extraction of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provision in Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
