About modification of the Order of the Government No. 149/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection
Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (4) article 13-1 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 149/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 347), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in the resolution:
a) in Item 2 of figure "94" to replace with figures "95";
b) to add Item 3 after the words "secretary general of the ministry" with the text", the deputy secretary general of the ministry";
2) in appendix No. 1:
a) state Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. In the Ministry three state secretaries holding responsible state position, the secretary general of the ministry and the deputy secretary general of the ministry who are government employees - the upper managers appointed to position based on criteria of professionalism according to the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee act.";
b) add with Items 14-1 and 14-2 of the following content:
"14-1. The deputy secretary general of the ministry gives to the minister help in implementation of activities for fulfillment of requirements on accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union and submits to the secretary general of the ministry.
14-2. The deputy secretary general of the ministry performs the following powers:
