About modification of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

Bring in the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2021, No. 19, Art. 3222), following changes:

a) in Item 109:

the paragraph one to add with the offer of the following content: "Copies of answers go to the Government.";

in paragraph three the offer second to exclude;

b) add with Item 109 (1) the following content:

"109(1). Answers of federal executive bodies which management of activities is performed by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government, on requests or addresses of senators of the Russian Federation of the deputies of the State Duma, the appeal of committees and the commissions of chambers of Federal Assembly who arrived according to Items 108 and 109 of these Regulations or it is direct in federal executive body, concerning consideration of the bills which arrived on the conclusion or on official response in the Government from persons of law of the legislative initiative or the State Duma, preparation of drafts of amendments to bills shall be prepared taking into account the line item of the Government under the relevant bill which is in prison or official withdrawal of the Government on the bill or amendments to the bill. Copies of answers go to the Government.

In case of lack of the corresponding line item of the Government drafts of answers of federal executive bodies which management of activities is performed by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government on the requests or addresses specified in paragraph one of this Item are sent for approval in Government office not later than 5 days before the expiration of fixed term of reply to the request or the address.".
