1. Raise rates for the heat energy released by the companies which are not a part of the system of the State-owned joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" since November I, 1993:

to the organizations and the companies of all patterns of ownership of system of Committee on housing and communal services under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan on average in time 3,3 for the I Gcal, to the population - by 30 times for the I Gcal;

to the organizations and the companies of all patterns of ownership of system of thermal networks in Dushanbe on average in time 3,2, to the population - by 10 times for the I Gcal.

2. Establish limit of profitability to cost of heat energy in the amount of 15%.

To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine source and payment procedure of difference in the prices of the developed heat energy depending on the cost of the fuels arriving to the republic but - energy and raw material resources by representation of calculations by Committee on housing and communal services under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan to publish and bring to the interested ministries, departments, the companies and the organization price lists of the prices of heat energy.
