About measures for realization of the tasks determined in open dialogue of 2023 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs

As a result of the open dialogues of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs which are carried out for last two years many system problems in the field of entrepreneurship are solved, in particular consecutive work on business simplification, decrease in the tax load, creation of convenient system of financing and infrastructure for implementation of new projects, and also to providing the property right is carried out.

The system of targeted support of entrepreneurship by separation of subjects of entrepreneurship into categories micro, small, average and large, areas and the cities - on 5 categories is adjusted.

For the purpose of implementation of the offers and initiatives directed to the solution of the system issues touched in about 6 thousand addresses which arrived from entrepreneurs within open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs who took place on August 18 the current year, and also execution of the priority tasks determined in open dialogue:

1. Approve "Road map" on realization of the tasks determined in open dialogue of 2023 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs (further - "Road map"), according to appendix No. 1 *, including the following directions:

creation of new opportunities for small business;

transformation of medium business in the guarantor of sustained economic growth;

occurrence on the new markets with high-quality and competitive products;

increase in number of the high-profit companies;

creation of the simplified tax administration and the favorable circle, free from bureaucracy.

2. Create National Business Development Bank joint stock bank (further - National Business Development Bank) based on Kishlok Kurilish Bank joint stock bank and to direct its activities in priority procedure to financing of projects of subjects of small business and rendering complex services to them.
