I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2022 No. 41 "About approval of Rules of carrying out monitoring of the projects realized within the national project on development of entrepreneurship for 2021 - 2025" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28338) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of carrying out monitoring of the projects realized within the national project on development of entrepreneurship for 2021 - 2025, approved by the specified order:

"4. In these rules the following terms and determinations are used:

1) bank – bank of the second level, including the Islamic bank performing activities within realization of Rules/mechanism;

2) bank loan (further – the credit) – the amount of money provided by bank to the entrepreneur based on the agreement on provision of bank loan on the terms of urgency, the paid nature, recoverability, security and target use. The credit line belongs to bank loan also.

For Islamic bank the credit is understood as financing – the delay or payment by installments of payment for goods provided by Islamic bank / Islamic leasing company to the entrepreneur and/or provision by Islamic bank / Islamic leasing company of property (leasing subject) to the entrepreneur on the terms of leasing (lease);

3) the agreement on provision of bank loan / microcredit (further – the loan agreement) – the written agreement signed between bank/IFI and the entrepreneur under the terms of whom the entrepreneur is granted the loan. The agreement on opening of credit line also belongs to the loan agreement.
