1. For the purpose of accumulation of all financial resources arriving to the Republic of Tajikistan in the form of the humanitarian assistance the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan opens special off-budget accounts for currency and ruble means.
2. The republican commission on coordination of questions of acceptance and distribution of the humanitarian assistance of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan (further the Republican commission) notifies all international organizations, the countries and firms which made the decision on provision to the Republic of Tajikistan of the humanitarian assistance on bank details of the above-stated accounts.
3. In case of receipt of funds the National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan no later than the next day informs on it the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republican commission.
