About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000, of the Law on procedure for import to the Republic of Moldova and export from its territory of property physical persons No. 1569/2002 and the Customs code No. 95/2021:
1) the vehicles classified by tariff line item 8703, with seven-year-old or more than a useful life, declared by action during the period from July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2022 inclusive and which were during this period in the territory of the Republic of Moldova in total at least 90 days can be placed under customs regime of import till January 31, 2024 inclusive after sight of the proof of payment of vignette for the last 90 days of stay of the corresponding vehicles in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, with payment of excise in the amount of 30 percent from the excise rate established for 2023 concerning vehicles with seven-year useful life;
