About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of streamlining of regulation of rates (prices) in the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. "About some questions of regulation of rates (prices) of housing and communal services and modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" to state subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2013 to No. 550 in the following edition:
"1.9. indexation of rates (prices) of the utilities specified in subitem 1.8 of this Item is performed taking into account ratio of the official rate of Belarusian ruble established by National Bank to foreign currency * on payment date of utilities and Belarusian ruble exchange rate to foreign currency *, specified in decisions of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom on establishment of rates (prices) and accepted in case of their calculation. The procedure for indexation of rates (prices) of utilities and debt repayments for them is established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus taking into account requirements of this Decree and other legal acts;

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since July 1, 2022.
