ORDER OF THE CENTRAL MANAGEMENT OF THE SECURITY SERVICE OF UKRAINE

About recognition No. 159 which voided the order of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of June 23, 2022

According to Articles 10, 13 Laws of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine" and the Law of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning system recovery of registration of the rights of lease of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose and enhancement of the legislation on protection of lands" ORDER to No. 2698-IX:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of June 23, 2022 No. 159 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of special permissions to accomplishment of land researches during action of warlike situation, their accounting and storage", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 11, 2022 at No. 760/38096.

2. To provide to heads of department of legal support and Head department of counterprospecting providing objects of critical infrastructure and counteraction to financing of terrorism of Department of protection of national statehood of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
