About modification of Item 32 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine concerning features of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods for needs of safety and defense

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Item 32 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) such changes:

Subitem 4 to add 1) with subitems "y", "k", "l" of the following content:

"й) thermovision field-glasses, monoculars and binokulyara, devices of night vision (field-glasses and monoculars) classified in commodity subcategories 8525 89 00th 10, 8525 89 00 90 according to UKT foreign trade activities;

j) the range finders classified in goods item 9015 10 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities;

k) portable radio-electronic sensors and counteractions to unmanned aerial vehicles (antidronovy guns) classified in goods item 8543 according to UKT foreign trade activities";

The subitem 5 after the paragraph of the seventh to add 2) with three new paragraphs of the following content:
