About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About culture" concerning cession of property and creation, implementation and maintaining electronic registers in the field of culture

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About culture" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 24, Art. 168 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. to add part one of Article 16 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"The central executive body providing forming of state policy in spheres of culture and arts provides creation, implementation and maintaining electronic registers in the field of culture, develops and submits for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of regulations on electronic registers in the field of culture".

2. Add Article 28 with part two of the following content:

"2. Property of the state or utility cultural institution, including that which has the status national which is not used for implementation of the types of activity provided by this Law or does not provide authorized activities, can be donated in the procedure established by the legislation to other state or utility cultural institution, on condition of its further use only for implementation of the types of activity provided by this Law and/or other laws in the field of culture. The procedure for cession of property of the state and utility cultural institutions is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine carrying out experiment on creation, implementation and maintaining electronic registers in the field of culture which term does not exceed two years and to approve procedure for carrying out such experiment.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for realization of provisions of this Law;
