1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2021 No. 178 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Rendering Services in Warehouse Activities with Release of Grain Receipts" and about recognition voided some regulatory legal acts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 22952) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Rendering Services in Warehouse Activities with Release of Grain Receipts" approved by the specified order:
4, 5 and 6 to state Items in the following edition:
"4. The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Licensing for Rendering Services in Warehouse Activities with Release of Grain Receipts" is specified in appendix 1 to these rules (further – the List).
5. For receipt of the state service the legal entity (further – uslugopoluchatel) sends to the service provider by means of the portal the documents specified in Item 8 of the List.
Data on state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, on the registered rights (encumbrances) to real estate (the granary, elevator, cereal-receiving Item) and its technical characteristics, on the license, on payment in the budget of the license fee, the service provider receives from the state information systems through lock of "the electronic government".
Information exchange of the portal and information systems is performed according to article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization".
