inclusion of members of families of the military personnel and staff of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, National guard, Service of state security, Public service of safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Customs committee and Center of development of the electronic technologies which died for protection of the Homeland and peaceful life of the people (further - members of the family of the died serviceman (employee), in the List of preferential category of persons, medical care to which it is provided at the expense of means of the Government budget;
establishment of procedure for provision of the lump-sum allowance paid to members of the family of the died serviceman (employee) in the amount of the 150-fold amount of official pay rate on the last post and salary on military (special) rank of the dead;
inclusion of data on members of the family of the died serviceman (employee) in the List of the data integrated into electronic information system of registration and the direction on treatment according to the procedure of priority of preferential category of persons.
