1.1. 1.2. Management is structural division of central office of the Agency on standardization, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and performs the organization and carrying out the state control (supervision) of observance of regulations and rules of trade and public catering, procedure for use of the prices on separate groups of goods, quality and safety of goods and services in the consumer market.
1.3. Objects of the state control of Management according to the tasks assigned to it are the companies, organizations, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental subordination, the citizens implementing, making food, consumer goods and provisions of service.
1.4. The structure and the staff list of Management are created of need of goal achievement, specified in Item 1.2. this provision, realization of the tasks and functions assigned to Management. The structure consists of the head of department, his deputy and inspectors. Regional, city and district departments are under direct supervision of Management.
